Digital Recovery

Support for men who's gaming, gambling, pornography, internet use, or other online behaviours are affecting their identity, relationships, work, finances, or quality of life.

Counselling is available for individuals, couples, and families depending on the concern, who is affected, and the kind of support that may be most helpful.

Rates vary depending on session length and whether counselling is provided individually, as a couple, or as family members. Current rates will be discussed before the first appointment.
